Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll either resend the product or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking info shows no movement or your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, reach out to us, and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
